The purpose of this conference is to provide a look into other opportunities ‘beyond the field’. Statistics show less than 10% of High school athletes make it to a Division 1 school and an average of only 2% of those college athletes make it to the professional level.
We want to support everyone’s dreams but we also have to have tough conversations and be intentional on setting everyone up for success.
