Why TAP Matters
The U.S. will face a shortage of over 1 million workers needed with college degrees. There'll be a surplus of approximately 6 million unemployed men and women. This is due to the fact that they didn’t graduate from high school and lack the necessary foundation for emotional development.

WHO WE ARE
Together Assisting People (TAP) is a 501c3 that was founded by former University of Alabama 2009 National Champion, Chris Rogers. The TAP mentoring program provides opportunities for promising inner-city students that lack financial resources. Participants commit to a year-long schedule that includes activities such as after school tutoring and professional development, university and corporate site visits, and weekend community service events.
