We promise to inspire, develop & expose

Providing the tools necessary to ensure our youth have the opportunity to succeed.

Why TAP Matters

The U.S. will face a shortage of over 1 million workers needed with college degrees. There'll be a surplus of approximately 6 million unemployed men and women. This is due to the fact that they didn’t graduate from high school and lack the necessary foundation for emotional development.

Changing Athletes Spending Habits

This dives into a key financial topic—credit, taxes, major purchases, budgeting and more. We teach student-athletes why bank accounts, smart money habits, and strong credit matter, while encouraging an entrepreneurial mindset.

Watch Your Mouth

Guiding young athletes to protect their future

Using real lessons from high-profile NCAA and NFL cases, we focus on character, discipline, and decision-making during the most critical years of development—so athletes don’t risk scholarships, opportunities, or the careers they’ve worked for.

WHO WE ARE

Together Assisting People (TAP) is a 501c3 that was founded by former University of Alabama 2009 National Champion, Chris Rogers. The TAP mentoring program provides opportunities for promising inner-city students that lack financial resources. Participants commit to a year-long schedule that includes activities such as after school tutoring and professional development, university and corporate site visits, and weekend community service events.
